Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in the South Bay. You will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy (individual and group), and develop IEP goals to improve communication.

Collaborate with teachers, OT, psychologists, and staff; participate in IEP meetings; maintain documentation; use AAC when appropriate. The role offers competitive pay from $85,000 to $135,000 per year with full benefits and relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed
