Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in the South Bay area. You will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, and develop IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and use of AAC tools, with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CFs welcome to apply.
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric/school-based populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.
