Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (CFs) to support K–12 students in the Discovery Bay area. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to diverse communication needs within a school setting.

Collaborate with teachers and clinicians, develop IEP goals, and participate in a supportive, growth-oriented team. A CA SLP license or eligibility is required; master’s degree in SLP is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CA SLP License (or eligibility) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
