Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated school-based speech-language pathologist to support middle and high school students. The contract covers a caseload of about 36 students, with in-person hours across a rotating schedule.

You’ll diagnose, treat, and monitor speech and language needs, create IEP-aligned plans, and work with educators and families to foster student growth. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible SLP state licensure.
• CCC-SLP or CFY status considered.
• Experience delivering speech and language services in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with general and special education teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs for middle and high school students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation of services.
• Provide in-class support, consultation, and training for educational staff.
