Qualifications

• Valid Colorado SLP license and current CDE certification.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions for elementary and middle school students.
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs in accordance with state and district guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and family members.
• Support students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency needs.
• Conduct screenings and progress monitoring to guide targeted support.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting of student progress.
• Engage in professional development for best practices in school-based SLP services.
