Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' communication needs on a contract basis in a school setting. You will provide assessment and intervention services aligned with IEPs, collaborating with a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, active state licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP or CFY supervision. Prior school-based experience is preferred; strong evaluation and treatment skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• CCC-SLP or supervision available for CFY.
• School-based experience with evaluation and treatment of speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication disorders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students as outlined in IEPs or intervention plans.
• Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and write clear, actionable reports.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support student success in the classroom.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing insights and updates on student goals and progress.
• Engage with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize support for each student.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school, state, and federal regulations.
