Job summary

Career Links is seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students within a collaborative educational setting. The role supports diverse age groups and works with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to implement IEPs and evidence-based interventions.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Colorado license (or eligibility), and licensure endorsements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License with SLP endorsement, or eligibility.
• Completion of supervised clinical practicum as required by licensure.
• Ability to pass background checks and district screening requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals.
• Develop and monitor IEPs and speech-language goals.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and Medicaid billing as required.
• Participate in IEP/eligibility meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
