Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based assignment. You will provide therapy services, evaluate students, and contribute to IEP goals within a collaborative educational team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• State Teaching Credential (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in accordance with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs for compliance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student goals.
• Attend IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies and AAC approaches as appropriate.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse student populations.
