Job summary

Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role. You will support students with diverse communication needs, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy within a collaborative team. ARD/IEP participation, data-based decisions, and compliance with IDEA are essential.

We offer competitive pay ($48–$70/hr DOE), a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a full benefits package. Experience with AAC and state licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP and state teaching credential if applicable.
• Experience with IEPs, ARD meetings, and IDEA/FAPE compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in line with IDEA and district standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs and provide direct therapy and consultative services.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and AAC when appropriate.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and staff; participate in ARD/IEP and MDT meetings.
• Provide progress updates and training to staff and families; ensure timely documentation.
