Job summary

Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join a network of school-based professionals for full-time, school-year assignments. You will deliver therapy services, evaluate students, and contribute to IEP goals across diverse districts.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active state licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist
• State Teaching Credential or eligibility
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• CCC-SLP is preferred
• Experience in school settings or with IEPs is a plus
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing and compliance (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in IDEA and state compliance
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and service logs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers
• Attend IEP and MDT meetings and participate in professional development
• Utilize evidence-based therapies and AAC technologies
• Support inclusive practices and coach staff as needed
