Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring a licensed SLP to support a school-based caseload in Golden, CO. The role runs on a Mon–Fri schedule at a single site with a preK–12 focus and compensation starting at $65/hour for qualified SLPs.

Start date is ASAP and the position offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional support. Ideal candidates will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and collaborate with families and school staff to support students’

Qualifications

• Current CO state SLP license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• State and contract‑specific compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
• Use standardized tests, observations, and interviews to gather information for diagnosis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to individuals with speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language delays, and language disorders.
• Provide counseling and support to individuals and their families, addressing emotional and social aspects of communication disorders.
• Integrate and train individuals in the use of assistive technologies that can enhance communication and daily living.
• Conduct screenings to identify individuals at risk for speech and language disorders and implement preventive measures.
