Job summary

Ro Health, LLC seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Thornton, CO. This one-site assignment serves primarily pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, with a standard Mon-Fri schedule and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Active CO SLP license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Ability to meet state and contract compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across age groups.
• Use standardized tests, observations, and interviews for diagnosis planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, language delays, and language disorders.
• Counsel individuals and families, addressing communication-related concerns.
• Train and integrate assistive technologies to support communication.
• Conduct screenings to identify at-risk individuals and implement preventive measures.
