Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team at a single site in Colorado Springs. The caseload spans pre-k through 12, with the position offering competitive pay and strong support.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized goals, and collaborate with educators and families to maximize student outcomes. Immediate start available and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• SLP experience in school-based settings is required.
• Current CO SLP license in good standing is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• State and contract-specific compliance requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Use standardized tests, observations, and interviews for diagnosis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and related disorders.
• Counsel individuals and families on communication strategies.
• Train individuals in the use of assistive communication technologies.
• Perform screenings to identify at-risk individuals and implement preventive measures.

Overview:

• Setting: one location, school
• Schedule: M - F
• $85/hour+ for qualified SLPs
• Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
• Use standardized tests, observations, and interviews to gather information for diagnosis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, setting specific and measurable goals tailored to the needs of each client.
• Provide therapy to individuals with speech and language disorders, including articulation disorders, fluency disorders, language delays, and language disorders.
• Provide counseling and support to individuals and their families, addressing emotional and social aspects of communication disorders
• Integrate and train individuals in the use of assistive technologies that can enhance communication and daily living
• Conduct screenings to identify individuals at risk for speech and language disorders and implement preventive measures

Qualifications:

• Relevant SLP experience
• Current CO state SLP license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• State and contract-specific compliance requirements
