Conduct speech and language assessments for students in a school setting.
Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
Deliver therapy sessions and adjust techniques based on progress.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
Document and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
Provide training and support to school staff on speech and language strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or equivalent.
Current State Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a school setting performing speech and language assessment, therapy planning, and intervention.
Ability to pass background checks.
Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
Physical stamina to assist students in classroom and therapy settings.
