Career Links is seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students within a collaborative educational team.

This in-person, full-time position in Colorado offers competitive hourly pay ($35–$62/hour DOE), with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. CFs are welcome; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; state licensure required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CDE Special Services Provider License with SLP endorsement, or eligibility.
• Completion of a supervised clinical practicum as required by licensure standards.
• Ability to pass background checks and district screening requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders affecting students' education.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and speech-language goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, service logs, and Medicaid billing documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, OTs, PTs, and families.
• Participate in IEPs, eligibility, MDT meetings, and parent conferences.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and AAC when appropriate.
• Support inclusive educational practices and provide classroom staff consultation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, CDE, and district regulations.
