Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Golden, CO to support students’ communication and language development. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to identify and address disorders and help students succeed academically and socially.

The role involves direct therapy, assessments, IEP participation, and collaboration with a diverse team. CO license and CCC-SLP preferred; weekly direct deposit and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CO state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
• School setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
