Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in the San Jose area. The role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders within a collaborative, clinician-led program.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active California SLP license or eligibility.
• SLP Services credential through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) desired.

• Experience or interest in pediatric/school-based populations.

Aufgaben

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with various communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.
