Job summary

Therapy Solutions in Loomis, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team for the 2026–2027 year. This full-time, onsite role focuses on assessments, individualized therapy plans, direct therapy, and active participation in IEP meetings to support students' communication goals.

You'll collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals, maintain documentation, and stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• School-specific credential may be required in some states.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC.
• If applying to out-of-state, hold licenses in both states.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality therapy.
• Values collaboration and student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing goals.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, and social communication.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goal development.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and professionals in the classroom.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications.
• Provide consultation to teachers and staff on communication strategies.
• Stay updated on best practices and continuing education.
