Job summary

Platinum Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for school-based roles in Lodi, California. You will assess students, develop and implement therapy plans, and support IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families.

You'll work in-person in school settings, providing engaging services to children, maintaining documentation, and participating in IEP meetings to advance students' communication and academic success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students.
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress in student records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education teams, and other professionals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ educational planning.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for students.
