Job summary

Teamwork Therapies is seeking a pediatric-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy in the Sonoma Valley, CA area. You will assess, treat, document, and adjust goals to optimize outcomes for children.

The role emphasizes compassionate, organized care with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in a school setting, serving a caseload of 50–55 students across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current and valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience in clinical, educational, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Proficient in standardized assessment tools and evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation and treatment planning.
• Full-time position aligned with the school calendar.
• Caseload of approximately 50–55 students across multiple school sites.
• Primarily school-based work with direct therapy, indirect consultation, documentation, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across the lifespan.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver direct therapy services to support and enhance clients’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Track and document client progress, making data-informed adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
• Educate and support families and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home and in the community.
• Maintain detailed, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes.
