Job summary

TheraPeds Partners, a therapist-owned school-based provider, seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role in Conifer, Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. You will support elementary through middle school students, collaborating with teachers and families to foster communication skills essential for academic participation.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, assessments, IEP development, data-driven progress monitoring, and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible for Colorado SLP licensure.
• Colorado DOE certification/credential for school-based practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Evaluate progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families.
• Support AAC use where appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, reevaluation, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with school professionals and families.
