Job summary

Temporary Staffing Professionals is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support caseload in Casco, MI. This on-site contract role focuses on direct therapy, evaluations, and collaboration with a school-based team.

You will deliver services aligned with IEP goals, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings with teachers and families. State licensure and ASHA certification are valued, with strong organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active MI SLP license and ASHA CCCs are preferred.
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education compliance.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet documentation deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students per IEP goals.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
• Provide consultative support to staff regarding speech and language strategies.
• Ensure services align with state and federal special education regulations.
