Job summary

Temporary Staffing Professionals seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based, on-site contract in Shoreview, MN. You will deliver direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and support students with speech and language needs in alignment with IEP goals.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams, maintain compliant documentation, and ensure services meet state and federal special education requirements. MN licensure and ASHA CCCs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active MN SLP license and ASHA CCCs preferred.
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet documentation deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write detailed reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
• Provide consultative support to staff regarding speech and language strategies.
• Ensure services align with state and federal special education regulations.
