Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role in Tenino, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work with students across elementary to high school levels, delivering direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP-driven services.

The position offers guaranteed hours, a manageable caseload, and collaboration with district and TheraPeds teams for support and documentation time.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible WA SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP candidates considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Consult with teachers, families, and other staff.
• Support students with AAC and core communication needs.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
