Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Thornton, Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP goals, with collaboration across district and TheraPeds teams.

The position offers guaranteed hours, a manageable caseload, and strong district support, with compensation at $65-$80/hour based on experience. On-site, with standard school-year schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Colorado SLP licensure.
• Colorado DOE school-based credential or certification as required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP may be considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention based on data.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Support articulation, phonology, language, fluency, and AAC needs.
• Complete documentation and progress reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and team meetings.
