Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Federal Heights, CO. You will provide therapy services, conduct assessments, and collaborate with teachers, families, and therapists to support student success.

The role features a 34-hour work week (four days) with guaranteed hours, direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP development for K-5 students. This is a W-2 position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree from an SLP program.
• State License as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Department of Education Licensure as a SLP.
• National License: ASHA.
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services, evaluations, consultations, and case management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, parents.
• Develop and monitor IEPs and progress.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with district/school policies.
