Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is hiring a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Olympia, Washington. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours, dedicated documentation and planning time, a manageable caseload, and strong support from both TheraPeds and the school district.

You’ll deliver school-based speech-language services, develop IEP goals, conduct evaluations, monitor progress, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain accurate service

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Sciences and Disorders.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Active or eligible licensure to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state (Washington).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Address articulation, language, fluency, social communication needs.
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations; interpret results.
• Collect data, monitor progress and complete progress reports.
• Develop IEP documentation; participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related-service providers.
• Provide classroom strategies to support communication; maintain records.
