Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Oklahoma City is hiring a full-time school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. You will deliver individual and small-group therapy, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families.

The role includes evaluations, progress reporting, data collection, documentation, and participation in eligibility/IEP meetings. A supportive environment, guaranteed hours, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold CCC-SLP or be eligible for CCC-SLP credentials.
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, evaluations, eligibility and school-based service delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and staff.
• Good organization and time-management and proficient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Address articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and related needs.
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations and interpret results.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and complete progress reports.
• Develop IEP documentation and participate in meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related-service providers.
• Provide classroom strategies to support student communication.
• Complete required documentation and maintain service records.
