Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Woodsfield, Ohio seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based role for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work onsite with elementary students, delivering direct therapy and collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to support communication goals essential for classroom participation.

The position offers guaranteed hours, a manageable caseload, and a schedule of 8:30am-2:30pm, five days a week, with compensation ranging from $50

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible for Ohio SLP licensure.
• Ohio Department of Education certification for school-based practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports.
• Manage assigned student caseloads.
