Ampersand Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or CF for a K-12 setting in Mountain City, Tennessee. The role focuses on evaluations, IEP development, and collaboration with school teams to support student communication needs.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee SLP license or eligibility for Tennessee CF licensure.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CS&D.
• Eligible for Tennessee school-based credentialing/licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Clinical Fellows welcome to apply; school-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based SLP services including evaluations and therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes in required timelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover.
