Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Northglenn, CO is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles. You will deliver speech-language services to students, support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication, and collaborate with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
