Ampersand Therapy in Parker, CO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role starting in September 2026. You will support an early childhood caseload, helping young learners build foundational communication skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to an early childhood caseload.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans.
• Write IEPs and progress reports in compliance with district/state guidelines.
• Administer evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
