Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role in Colorado Springs, CO. The position serves a K-12 caseload, welcoming CFs and offering strong mentorship within a therapist-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CFs encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
