Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students across Yorktown, Virginia. The role offers 37.5 hours per week and a full school-year contract, with CFY candidates encouraged to apply.

The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-based plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and ensure compliant documentation across 12 school locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility required/acceptable.
• Active Virginia license or eligibility to obtain license.
• Virginia Department of Education licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide direct therapy services for elementary students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school, state, and federal regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide evidence-based recommendations to support student success.
