Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Virginia. The full-time contract role welcomes CFY candidates and experienced SLPs (CCC). Supervision is provided for CFY track, with placements across elementary to high school caseloads.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current or eligible for SLP state licensure.
  • Open to Clinical Fellow candidates; supervision will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement IEPs.

Job description

This full-time, contract position welcomes both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs (CCC), with supervision provided for those completing their CFY. Multiple openings are available across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads, giving you the flexibility to work with the age group that best matches your interests and expertise. Caseloads average around 55 students, allowing for impactful, individualized support and meaningful professional relationships.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible for SLP state licensure
  • Open to Clinical Fellow candidatessupervision will be provided
  • Valid CCC-SLP preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience in schools or with school-age children is ideal
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
