Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a full-time contract for the 2026-2027 school year near Lebanon, OR. You will develop communication and language skills in a collaborative educational environment.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with an SLP license (or eligibility). CCC or CFY candidates are welcome; experience in pediatric/school settings is a plus, with strong teamwork and IEP documentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current or eligible state SLP license required.
• CCC or CFY candidates welcome.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills essential.
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track student progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of speech-language services to elementary students.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Develop and maintain IEPs and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities.
