Qualifications

• Current Virginia SLP license is required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome.
• Experience with pediatric clients in healthcare or educational settings is valued.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage diverse caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language interventions to students per IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support goals.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and maintain documentation per state requirements.
• Utilize in-person and virtual platforms to maximize therapy access.
• Participate in IEP meetings as a core interdisciplinary team member.
• Adapt approaches for varied age groups and caseloads.
