Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a California school setting. You will provide individual and group therapy, perform assessments, and collaborate with teachers and families to implement IEP-driven plans.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, progress tracking, and active participation in professional development within a supportive school culture.

Qualifications

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (CA SLP)
• CCC-SLP certification required
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy models and IEP processes
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative spirit with educators and families

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services for students in individual and group settings
• Conduct assessments and track progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and families to tailor interventions
• Develop and maintain records, including IEP documentation and progress notes
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Advocate for student access to supportive resources and inclusive learning environments
