Job summary

Solian Health seeks a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ communication and language development within a school setting. You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy in classroom and small-group contexts.

Collaborate with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team; participate in IEP meetings and document progress; maintain compliance and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility.
• CCC from ASHA.
• Experience in a school environment preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress reporting, and collaboration with special education teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive rapport with students, parents, and staff.
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations and age groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results and IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in classroom and small group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide education and resources to families and staff on effective communication strategies.
• Stay informed of best practices and updates within the field.
