Job summary

Thrive Therapies in Seattle is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver evidence-based services to K-12 students with communication needs. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and developing IEP goals while collaborating with education teams to create inclusive intervention plans.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid state license. The position offers a competitive salary of $97,000–$105,000 along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Active state SLP license in good standing, or documented initiation of licensure transfer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized tools.
• Develop individualized IEP goals that are measurable and meaningful.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions aligned to IEP goals across multiple areas.

Skills

Knowledge of IDEA, IEP process, special education law

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Experience with AAC evaluation
