Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist in Bremerton, WA to deliver evidence-based services to K-12 students, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP goals. You will deliver direct and consultative therapy and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and implement IEP goals across articulation, language, fluency, and AAC, while using data-driven approaches and Thrive’s AI tools for documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP or active CF with supervision provided by Thrive.
• Active state SLP license in good standing or licensure transfer initiated.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP process, eligibility criteria, and special education law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language services to K–12 students with diverse needs.
• Evaluate, diagnose, develop IEP goals, and provide direct and consultative services.
• Collaborate with special educators, families, and related services providers to plan interventions.
• Develop IEP goals and document progress; participate in eligibility meetings.
• Maintain accurate service logs and progress notes using Thrive AI tools.
