Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower 5th–8th grade students in a school-based setting. The contract runs through mid-November 2026, with three days of work weekly and a competitive compensation package.

You will assess, plan, and implement IEP-driven therapy while collaborating with teachers, families, and staff. Applicants must hold an active IL SLP license; CCC or CFY are accepted.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• CCC or CFY credential accepted.
• Experience in schools or with adolescent populations preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students' academic and social success.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in 5th to 8th grade.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
