Job summary
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract in Illinois for the 2026-2027 school year. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm with 50-60 students, possibly reduced caseload over time.
You will provide SLP services, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals. The ideal candidate holds an Illinois SLP license and PEL, with CCC or CFY considered.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois SLP License is required.
- PEL certification is required.
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY designation is preferred.
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services, assessments, and interventions to students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
