Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Rochester, NH seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 student care and transportation support for an elementary-aged child at a local school.

The RN will administer medications, G-tube feedings, monitor health, assist with mobility, and accompany the student on morning and afternoon bus runs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some calendar-based variations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience within the last five years.
• Pediatric, school nursing, G-tube, or complex-care experience preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized 1:1 nursing care throughout the school day.
• Accompany and provide nursing support during morning and afternoon bus runs.
• Monitor health status and respond to medical needs.
• Provide G-tube care and administer feedings, medications, and treatments per physician orders.
• Assist with positioning, mobility, transfers, and other physical care needs as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate concerns promptly.
