Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• RBT certification is required
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong English language skills (grammar, spelling, reading)
• Basic math understanding
• Excellent organizational skills
• Physically able to engage in classroom and playground activities

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Provide direct support to students in various school settings
• Use positive behavior support techniques to teach replacement behaviors
• Collect data on student behavior and progress using tracking systems
• Collaborate with teachers, admins and support staff
• Communicate progress with the BCBA/Behavior Specialist
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
