Job summary

The Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs on school sites. The position will implement behavior intervention plans across classrooms, small groups, and 1:1 settings.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent and an RBT certification; three years’ experience with behavioral intervention in schools; a valid CA driver’s license may be needed for site-to-site travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification is required.
• Three years of experience providing behavioral intervention in a school setting.
• Experience with ABA techniques and data collection.
• Valid California driver’s license and transportation to multiple sites may be required.
