Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong English proficiency (grammar, spelling, reading comprehension).
• Basic understanding of mathematics.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA or Behavior Specialist, targeting goals in IEPs.
• Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges in various school settings.
• Utilize positive behavior support and reinforcement strategies to teach replacement behaviors.
• Collect data on student behavior and progress using behavior tracking systems.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and support staff to create a cohesive support system.
• Communicate progress with the BCBA/Behavior Specialist and update intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain confidentiality of student information.
