Southeastern Massachusetts Educational Collaborative - Dartmouth, MA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Paraprofessional to collaborate with teachers and BCBA staff in implementing ABA-based behavior support plans for students with behavioral needs.

The role requires RBT certification and an Associate degree or equivalent, with potential for 184 school-year days plus a summer program. Travel between campuses may be necessary; MSERS retirement eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and classroom behavior support.
• Ability to collect and document data for Functional Behavioral Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply ABA in classroom settings.
• Informally assess student needs and provide interventions to redirect behavior.
• Collect and submit data for Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Implement BIP-related strategies under BCBA guidance.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, families, and staff.
