Job summary

Forte Behavioral Health LLC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support students with developmental disabilities in West Los Angeles. The role follows the LAUSD district calendar and school bell schedule, with daytime hours and a stipend for experience and education.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• RBT certification required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by BCBA or Behavior Specialist.
• Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges in various school settings.
• Utilize positive behavior support and reinforcement strategies to teach replacement behaviors and social skills.
• Collect data on student behavior and progress using behavior tracking systems.
• Collaborate with school staff to create a cohesive support system for students with behavioral challenges.
• Communicate with BCBA regarding progress and concerns.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to plan development and review.
