Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based roles in California for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. Positions offer full-time or part-time hours Monday–Friday during school hours and pay $26–$28 per hour, depending on assignment, experience, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain (Ro Health can help).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs is preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and implement treatment plans and BIPs designed by a BCBA.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies.
